What if I receive a defective item? Plus

While rare, if anything is defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
Can you embroider or print on items I bring in? Plus

In most cases, yes — but approval is required. Some fabrics and brands do not work well with embroidery or screen printing.

As the supplier of the customer supplied items you take full responsibility for damaged items in the printing process.
Artwork & Proofs
What type of artwork do you need? Plus

For best results, please send vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) or high-resolution PNGs (300 DPI). If your file needs cleanup or conversion, we can help.
Will I see a proof before production? Plus

Absolutely. We provide a digital mock-up for approval before anything goes into production.

Embroidery orders will get a sew out!
Product & Stock
Do products come in exactly the same color? Plus

All colors of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
What if the item I ordered is sold out? Plus

All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, we will contact you via phone or email.
Orders & Payments
How can I pay for my order? Plus

We will send out a link to your invoice as soon as your order is ready for pickup. We accept checks as well!
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order? Plus

All of our items are made to order. We DO NOT accept returns. If something is misprinted please reach out and we'd be happy to replace the item for free!
